Refund Policy for Empire Thyme:

At Empire Thyme, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, customers may need to return or exchange an item. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. 

Refund Policy Requirements: 

1. The item must be returned in it's original condition and packaging.
2. The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged.
3. The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Refunds will not be issued for gift cards or sale items. 

Exchange Policy: 

1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at Contact | Empire Thyme.
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item.
3. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanging an item. 

Cancellation Policy: 

1. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at Contact | Empire Thyme as soon as possible.
2. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
3. If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory, pricing, or other issues. If your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
